Shipping Policy

Every order from Get Custom Ornaments is made to your approved artwork and specifications, so shipping timelines begin once your mockup is approved and production is complete. The information below is provided to help you plan; it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Production & timelines

Standard production and delivery takes 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and production starts the same day you approve it. Express production is available for firm holiday dates — tell us the date the ornaments must be in hand before you order and we’ll confirm what is possible and plan backwards from it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted with your order and depends on quantity, total weight, packing and destination. Flat ornaments in ceramic, birch, acrylic, metal and aluminum are light, and shatterproof shells are lighter still, so bulk cartons and individual client mailings both travel well. We include estimated shipping in your quote so there are no surprises, and for large or time-sensitive orders we can present more than one service level.

Destinations

We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and additional transit time, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple addresses & tracking

We can split one order across multiple addresses — useful for remote teams, multi-branch programs, congregation mailing lists and client gifting — when you provide a distribution list with your order. Orders can also be packed and labeled per design, per branch or per recipient so nothing has to be re-sorted on arrival. Tracking information is provided once your order ships, for each shipment.

Packing

Ornaments ship corded or ribboned and ready to hang. The standard pack is a tissue sleeve or polybag per piece, bulk packed by design into cartons. Individual gift boxes with a printed insert card, clear clamshells for shatterproof shells and rigid boxes for etched metal keepsakes are available and are quoted with the order.

Delays

Estimated dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or other factors outside our control, and December is the busiest shipping month of the year for every carrier. We’ll always communicate proactively if anything changes, but transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, which is the main reason we recommend booking a holiday run well ahead of the season.
