This policy explains what information Get Custom Ornaments (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

When you submit our quote or contact forms, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and information about your project, such as quantity, material and the date you need the ornaments in hand. If you send artwork, photographs or a personalization list, we collect those files as well. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device and referral source) through Google Analytics via Google Site Kit, and advertising and measurement data through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and free mockups, to produce and ship your order, to communicate with you about your project, and to improve the site. Artwork, photographs and name lists are used only to produce the order you asked for and to make reordering the same design straightforward in later seasons. We also use contact information for marketing — including email follow-ups and advertising on Google and Meta platforms, such as retargeting ads shown to people who have visited this site.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics / Site Kit) and advertising (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the site work. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google and Meta’s own ad settings.

Third parties

We share data only as needed to operate: with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, with our email provider to send notifications and follow-ups, and with production and shipping partners where that is required to make and deliver your ornaments. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your choices

We retain quote, artwork and order information for as long as needed to serve you, to support reorders that match a previous run, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including any artwork or photographs you have sent us — at any time by emailing george@getcustomornaments.com.
