Almost everything a business hands out at the holidays is gone by February. The calendar goes in a drawer, the mug joins nine others in the break-room cupboard, the tote is in the back of a car. An ornament is the strange exception: it gets wrapped, unboxed, hung on a tree in a living room, packed away in January and taken out again the following December, often for a decade. That is a level of attention no other seasonal item earns, and it is the entire reason this company exists.
We started Get Custom Ornaments because most branded ornaments do not deserve that shelf life. A thin stamped disc with a logo on one side is not a keepsake, it is a coaster with a string. We run kiln-fired ceramic, real Baltic birch, cast acrylic, etched brass and steel, seamless shatterproof shells and photographic aluminum, decorated with methods that put the image inside the surface instead of on top of it, and we send every one out corded and ready to hang.
Why we exist
Bulk decorating usually forces a choice between a huge minimum and a piece nobody wants. We took the other route: a minimum of 12 so a small office, a wedding party or a first market table can order the same quality a national program gets, and no tooling charge when a design needs its own custom shape. That is why a preschool with twenty families and a credit union with six branches both fit here.
The second thing we fixed is the proof. Ornaments are unusually easy to get wrong — a logo stretches at the poles of a sphere, an engraving loses a hairline serif, a dark photograph turns to mud at three inches across. So the free mockup shows the exact shape, both faces, the finish and, for shatterproof shells, the artwork rendered in the round. Revisions are unlimited and free, nothing goes into production until you say so, and if a file will not hold up at ornament size we tell you before you approve it rather than after.
