Yes. One order can combine ceramic, wood, acrylic, metal, shatterproof and photo ornaments, or run several designs across a single material. The whole quantity still counts toward the same bulk tier, and each design is packed and labeled separately so you can tell them apart on arrival.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork, color build, shape and finish on file, so next December’s run matches the ornaments already hanging on people’s trees — usually with nothing changed but the year on the back.

Yes, and a lot of our buyers do. Churches run them at Advent bazaars, schools sell student-artwork designs at the winter fair, and gift shops carry town, trail and landmark designs on the shelf all season. There is no licensing or resale paperwork to file with us and you decide entirely how the pieces are sold. We also print unbranded blanks for makers who personalize and resell under their own name.

Ceramic is the gift-shop classic: gloss white, full color sublimated into the glaze, both faces printed. Wood is Baltic birch with the artwork laser-burned into the grain, and it reads handmade even at five hundred pieces. Acrylic is bright and modern, and stays see-through wherever you want tree lights to pass. Metal is brushed brass, copper tone or steel, etched and enamel-filled, with real weight for donors and milestones. Shatterproof ball ornaments are the traditional bauble shape with artwork wrapped a full 360 degrees. Tell us the audience and how the ornament will be handed over, and we will point you at the right one.

Printing adds artwork to the surface: dye sublimation fuses it into a ceramic glaze or an aluminum coating, and UV printing bonds it onto acrylic. Engraving removes surface instead. A laser burns fine dark linework into birch, and chemical etching cuts recessed detail into metal that can then be flooded with enamel. Print when the artwork has photographs, gradients or several brand colors. Engrave when you want a single-tone, tactile, heirloom look with nothing on top that could ever chip or peel.

Yes, on every material we run. Ceramic and aluminum print both faces in the same pass, acrylic can be printed on the front and engraved on the reverse, birch takes a second engraving pass, and metal carries a stamped or etched back. Most buyers put the design on the front and a year, a recipient name or a short message on the back.

Flat ornaments run roughly 3 to 4 inches across: ceramic at 4 mm thick, birch at 3 mm, acrylic at 3 mm with 5 mm available, and metal at 1.2 mm. Shatterproof shells are 80 mm as standard, with 60 mm and 100 mm options. Everything in the range is light enough to hang from a real branch and light enough to post — a single flat ornament with its cord and sleeve is a matter of ounces, which is why client mailings stay simple.

Every piece ships ready to hang. Ceramic and aluminum come with satin ribbon or gold cord already knotted through the hole, birch with jute twine or red satin ribbon, acrylic with a fitted cord, metal on a chain or ribbon, and shatterproof shells capped in silver, gold or matte black with the cord fitted. Tell us the color you want and we match it to the design rather than defaulting to red.

Yes. The standard pack is a tissue sleeve or polybag per piece, bulk packed by design into cartons, which is what most shops and bazaar tables want. Upgrades include a kraft or white gift box with a printed insert card, a clear clamshell for shatterproof shells, and a rigid box for etched metal keepsakes. If you are mailing to a client list, we can pack one ornament per outer mailer so the carton goes straight into the post without repacking.

Yes — our designers redraw logos, set family names and dates, retouch photos and build every mockup free, with unlimited free revisions until you approve.

Always. Nothing is printed or engraved until you approve the free digital mockup showing the exact shape, size, finish and both faces.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal for logos and engraving, and high-resolution JPGs or PNGs work for photos — we clean them up free.

Bright, sharp shots where the subject fills the frame. A phone photo taken outdoors in daylight usually prints beautifully; a dark indoor shot cropped out of a group picture usually does not. Send the original file rather than one saved from a social feed, since those are compressed heavily. A designer crops every image to the ornament shape, lifts the exposure and cleans up a distracting background free of charge, and we tell you honestly when a file is too small to hold up at 3 inches.

Yes — names, years and photos can vary piece by piece within one order, and each ornament ships corded, sleeved and ready to give.

A spreadsheet is all we need: one row per ornament with the name, year or message exactly as it should appear, plus the matching image filename if photos vary. We proof the whole list back to you as a layout sheet so spellings get caught before anything is cut, and every piece is labeled during packing so a hundred personalized ornaments arrive sorted rather than shuffled.

We ship across the US, and express production plus expedited shipping covers holiday cutoffs — tell us the date the ornaments must be in hand and we plan backwards from it.

Yes. Distributed teams, multi-branch programs and congregation mailing lists are routine. Send the distribution list with your order and we pack, label and ship per address or per location, and tracking comes back for each shipment so you are not chasing a single pallet around the country in December.

No. Custom outlines are cut on the laser and etching artwork is prepared per job, so starting a brand new shape costs nothing extra, and every revision before production is free. Anything that genuinely changes the quote — a second engraving pass, individual gift boxing, split shipping — is spelled out on the quote before you approve it, never added afterwards.

That is the entire point of the range. Sublimated ceramic and aluminum hold their color because the image sits inside the surface rather than on it, engraved birch and etched metal have nothing on top to peel, and acrylic and shatterproof shells will not crack if a storage box gets stacked badly. Keep them somewhere dry rather than a damp basement, wipe a dusty piece with a soft cloth, and an ornament dated this year still looks right at its tenth hanging.

A soft dry cloth handles almost everything. Ceramic, acrylic, aluminum and shatterproof shells can take a barely damp cloth and a wipe dry. Birch prefers to stay dry, so dust it rather than wash it. Etched metal can be buffed lightly with a dry cloth, and a little dulling of a brushed finish over the years is normal and is what makes an old piece look like an heirloom rather than a new one.
